THE EXPO IS DESIGNED TO HELP THE COUNCIL IN FULFILLING ITS MISSION OF ENCOURAGING AND FACILITATING PROCUREMENT AND BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BETWEEN BUYING-ENTITIES CORPORATIONS AND PUBLIC SECTOR AGENCIES AND THE CERTIFIED MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES.
