IN 2021, WE PROVIDED BUSINESS OWNERS WITH COLLABORATIVE WORKSPACE, MENTORSHIP, AND CLASSES FOR BEST BUSINESS PRACTICES TO HELP THEM BE SUCCESSFUL AND GROW.IN 2021 COHAB PROVIDED:- 208 BUSINESSES WITH ONE-ON-ONE COUNSELING- AN ADDITIONAL 97 RECEIVED ELECTRONIC ASSISTANCE BY EMAIL
COHAB'S DEVTRAX PROGRAM SUPPORTS SMALL BUSINESSES AND ENTREPRENEURS THROUGH TRAINING IN BUSINESS PLAN WRITING, MARKETING, BASIC BOOKKEEPING, AND MORE. DEVTRAX ALSO SUPPORTS SECOND STAGE BUSINESSES ($600K-$50 MIL IN GROSS ANNUAL REVENUE AND 5100 EMPLOYEES) HEADQUARTERED IN LOUISIANA THROUGH OUR CEO ROUNDTABLE SERIES. THE SERIES OFFERS FACILITATOR-GUIDED PEER MENTORSHIP SPECIFICALLY TAILORED FOR LARGER, MORE ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES. COOKHOUSE AT COHAB SUPPORTS CULINARY BUSINESSES IN SHREVEPORT BY OFFERING COMMERCIAL KITCHEN SPACE AND BUSINESS SUPPORT TO CATERERS, BAKERS, FOOD TRUCKS, AND OTHER FOOD BUSINESSES. OF CULINARY BUSINESSES SERVED IN 2021, TWO HAVE MOVED OUT INTO DEDICATED STORE FRONTS AND ARE STILL THRIVING, ONE WAS PICKED UP BY WALMART FOR THEIR RANCH DRESSING, AND THE REST WERE ABLE TO SUSTAIN AND EVEN THRIVE DURING THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC.
