THE CDC APPROVED 24 LOANS TO SMALL BUSINESS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR COVERED BY THIS RETURN. FOR A TOTAL OF $31,695,000. A TOTAL OF 16 LOANS WERE FUNDED FOR A TOTAL OF $21,209,000. SINCE THE INCEPTION OF THE COMPANY IN 2005, 482 BUSINESSES HAVE BEEN ASSISTED IN THE GREATER HOUSTON AREA AND THROUGHOUT TEXAS AND LOUISIANA. OVER $750,000,000 IN BUSINESS FINANCING HAS BEEN PROVIDED SINCE INCEPTION THROUGH 504 AND RELATED PROGRAMS, INCLUDING THE PARTICIPATION OF TEXAS LENDING INSTITIUTIONS, 4390 JOBS HAVE BEEN CREATED DURING THAT TIME.
