THE INSTITUTE OF ECOTECHNICS IS DEVOTED TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY AND PRACTICE OF "ECOTECHNICS" -WAYS TO BETTER HARMONIZE THE INTEGRATION OF APPROPRIATE TECHNOLOGY WITH ECOLOGICAL SYSTEMS, AT LOCAL, REGIONAL AND BIOSPHERIC LEVELS.
