THE CHILDREN AT HEART FOUNDATION (CAHF) ENSURES THE LONG-TERM FINANCIAL STABILITY OF A FAMILY OF NONPROFIT MINISTRIES, INCLUDING: CHILDREN AT HEART MINISTRIES, TEXAS BAPTIST CHILDREN'S HOME, MIRACLE FARM, AND GRACEWOOD. THESE MINISTRIES ARE DEDICATED TO TRANSFORMING THE LIVES OF VULNERABLE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING THEM WITH THE SUPPORT AND STRUCTURE THEY NEED TO FIND HOPE, HEAL, AND PUT THEIR LIVES BACK ON TRACK. CAHF SERVES THE MINISTRIES BY MANAGING ENDOWED FUNDS AND DISTRIBUTING GRANTS FOR OPERATIONAL SUPPORT.
