CHRISTUS CONTINUING CARE IS A NONPROFIT CORPORATION PROVIDING HEALTH CARE AND HOSPICE SERVICES. THE MISSION OF CHRISTUS CONTINUING CARE IS TO EXTEND THE HEALING MINISTRY OF JESUS CHRIST. THE MISSION IS FULFILLED THROUGH COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, LONG TERM ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL SERVICES, AND QUALITY HOME CARE THAT CONSIDERS PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE PATIENTS SERVED. CHRISTUS HEALTH IS THE SOLE CORPORATE MEMBER OF CHRISTUS CONTINUING CARE. CHRISTUS CONTINUING CARE IS PART OF CHRISTUS HEALTH, FORMED IN 1999 TO STRENGTHEN THE 152-YEAR-OLD, FAITH-BASED HEALTH CARE MINISTRIES OF THE CONGREGATIONS OF THE SISTERS OF CHARITY OF THE INCARNATE WORD OF HOUSTON AND SAN ANTONIO.
