GSG TALENT SOLUTIONS EMPLOYS INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND OTHER BARRIERS TO WORK WITH PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME TEMPORARY AND TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT JOBS WITH STATE AGENCIES AND MUNICIPALITIES. THIS MISSION-FOCUSED DIVISION PROVIDES WORK EXPERIENCE TO INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT THE CENTRAL TEXAS AREA WHILE PROVIDING ADDITIONAL ONE-ON-ONE GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT. IN 2021, GSG PLACED 1,053 JOB SEEKERS IN EMPLOYMENT, AND SERVED THEM THROUGH MISSION SERVICES INCLUDING ONE-ON-ONE CAREER COACHING, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. 84.6% OF THESE INDIVIDUALS SERVED HAD A DISABILITY OR DISADVANTAGING CONDITION.
