SERVICES INCLUDE PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF ILLNESSES, MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC ILLNESSES, SCREENING AND DISEASE PREVENTION, PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS, WELL-CHILD EXAMINATIONS, CHILDHOOD AND ADULT IMMUNIZATIONS, AND LIMITED URGENT CARE.
LA ESPERANZA CLINIC'S DENTAL PRACTICE SERVED 1,639 PATIENTS WITH 3,491 TOTAL ENCOUNTERS IN 2021.
