OVERSEE THE RESEARCH PROJECTS ENSURING TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL RESULTS ARE ALIGNED WITH APPROVED GOALS, MILESTONES, AND BUDGETS THROUGH TO SUCCESSFUL CONCLUSION.


CONTINUED ADDING NEW MEMBERS AND PARTICIPANTS TO THE INSTITUTE MEMBERSHIP AND ADDING ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT AGENCY FUNDED PROJECTS THROUGH MODIFICATIONS TO THE COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT.
