THE PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF NATIONAL SANTA GERTRUDIS YOUTH FOUNDATION (FOUNDATION) IS TO ADMINISTER SCHOLARSHIPS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH INVOLVED IN THE BREEDING OF SANTA GERTRUDIS CATTLE.SCHOLARSHIPS(A) TO ENCOURAGE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR NATIONAL JUNIOR SANTA GERTRUDIS ASSOCIATION'S MEMBERS, THE FOUNDATION WILL AWARD SCHOLARSHIPS. THE NATIONAL JUNIOR SANTA GERTRUDIS ASSOCIATION (NSGYF) IS A DIVISION OF SANTA GERTRUDIS BREEDERS INTERNATIONAL (SGBI), A 501(C)(5) ORGANIZATION, (EIN 74-1143492). MEMBERSHIP OF THE NATIONAL JUNIOR SANTA GERTRUDIS ASSOCIATION IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-ONE YEARS WHO ARE BREEDERS OR EXHIBITORS OF SANTA GERTRUDIS CATTLE OR WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THE SANTA GERTRUDIS BREED.(B) NSGYF CURRENTLY HAS EIGHTEEN STUDENTS RECEIVING SCHOLARSHIP AID.
