IS ORGANIZED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES WHICH ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION FOR BLINN COLLEGE STUDENTS AND EXPAND THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY THROUGH RAISING FUNDS FOR SCHOLARSHIPS, CAPITAL PROJECTS, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND OTHER RELATED ACTIVITIES. WHILE FUND RAISING IS AN IMPORTANT FUNCTION, THE BLINN COLLEGE FOUNDATION ALSO SEEKS TO HEIGHTEN COMMUNITY AWARENESS OF THE MISSION AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF THE COLLEGE DISTRICT AND TO PROMOTE EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION.
