PROVIDERS ADVANCING SCHOOL OUTCOMES (PASO): THE PROGRAM PROVIDES HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING ALIGNED WITH THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (CDA), LEARNING HOME ENVIRONMENT MATERIALS, AND HOME VISITS TO PROVIDERS WHO ARE CARING FOR CHILDREN IN THEIR HOMES. THE PROVIDERS ATTEND 120 HOURS OF TRAINING, RECEIVE WEEKLY HOME VISITS, AND ARE EQUIPPED TO APPLY FOR THEIR CDA CREDENTIAL ONCE THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE TRAINING PROGRAM. THEY ALSO RECEIVE APPROXIMATELY 1,000 OF MATERIALS TO TRANSFORM THEIR HOMES INTO CREATIVE AND STIMULATING LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS.
PARENT LEADERSHIP TEAMS: CONSULTING SERVICES PROVIDED TO SCHOOLS AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARENT/LEADERSHIP TEAMS TO HELP SATISFY THE ACCOUNTABILITY BOARDS REQUIRED IN COLORADO TITLE 1 SCHOOLS BY COLORADO LAW.
