THE MISSION OF THE ART ASSOCIATION OF JACKSON HOLE IS TO ENCOURAGE A VITAL AND CREATIVE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE EXPOSURE TO, EDUCATION IN, AND THE ENJOYMENT OF A WIDE VARIETY OF ART EXPERIENCES.

THE ART ASSOCIATION OF JACKSON HOLE TAUGHT 65 CLASSES, WORKSHOPS AND SYMPOSIA TO MORE THAN 317 ADULT STUDENTS. WORKSHOPS INCLUDE COURSEWORK WITH 1 ESTEEMED VISITING ARTIST. CLASS OFFERINGS INCLUDED DRAWING, PAINTING, CERAMICS, PRINTMAKING, SILVERSMITHING, GLASS, AND DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY IN 5 STATE OF THE ART STUDIOS THROUGH GROUP & PRIVATE LESSONS.
THE ART ASSOCIATION OF JACKSON HOLE SERVED YOUTH THROUGH 74 ART CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS FOR 794 CHILDREN, FROM AGES 2 THROUGH 18 YEARS. THE ART ASSOCIATION OF JACKSON HOLE OFFERS ROBUST AFTER SCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS, AN ASSET TO WORKING FAMILIES IN THE REGION. THE OUTREACH PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH MORE THAN 20 LOCAL HUMAN SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS TO BRING ART EXPERIENCES TO UNDERSERVED POPULATIONS INCLUDING 250 CHILDREN, ELDERLY, AND THE DISABLED AND 485 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION.
THE ART ASSOCIATION OF JACKSON HOLE HELD SEVEN EXHIBITIONS SHOWCASING 158 LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONALLY RECOGNIZED ARTISTS. THE GALLERY ALSO SERVED AS A VENUE FOR ANNUAL TETON MUDPOTS SALES, TWICE A YEAR, GIVING CERAMICS ARTISTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SELL WARES. ART ASSOCIATION ART FAIRS PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS TO PRESENT AND SELL THEIR WORK. THE ART FAIR JACKSON HOLE HOSTED 180 LOCAL, REGIONAL, AND NATIONAL ARTISTS ACROSS TWO 3-DAY WEEKENDS. TAKIN IT TO THE STREETS HOSTED 40 LOCAL AND REGIONAL ARTISTS.
