THE KEY COMPONENT OF THE PARTNERS PROGRAM IS PREVENTION. IT IS PARTNERS' BELIEF THAT A YOUNG PERSON CAN BE PREVENTED FROM ENTERING A LIFE OF NEGATIVE AND UNHEALTHY CHOICES IF CONSISTENT, POSITIVE INFLUENCES CAN BE PROVIDED EARLY IN THEIR LIVES. THROUGH MENTORING, LIFE SKILLS, ON-GOING RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, AND SERVICES OPPORTUNITIES, PARTNERS HELPS GIVE THESE YOUTH A BETTER CHANCE TO SUCCEED IN LIFE. IN 2021, PARTNERS SERVED A RECORD NUMBER OF YOUTH THROUGH THEIR PROGRAMS. PARTNERS PROVIDES THESE MENTORING SERVICES THOUGH TWO PROGRAMS: A COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAM AND A SCHOOL BASED PROGRAM.
