NAPPS IS AN ASSOCIATION FOR THE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF COMBATING PROPOSED FEDERAL LEGISLATION THAT WOULD ALLOW SERVICE OF A SUMMONS AND COMPLAINT BY CERTIFIED MAIL OR OTHER LEGISLATIVE ACTIVITIES THAT WOULD IMPACT THE PROCESS SERVERS ACTIVITIES. IT ALSO FINANCIALLY ASSISTS MEMBER STATE CHAPTERS IN FIGHTING ADVERSE LEGISLATION WHEN NECESSARY.
