THE MEDINA LAKE BETTERMENT ASSOCIATION, INC IS DEDICATED TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE MEDINA LAKE AREA. IT PROVIDES A VARIETY OF CHARITABLE, SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL,AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ALL RESIDENTS, WITH A FOCUS ON YOUTH AND SENIOR CITIZENS. IT ASSISTS OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR MISSIONS.

SENIOR CITIZEN ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MEALS ON WHEELS THREE DAYS A WEEK, FOOD BANK DISBURSEMENTS WEEKLY, EXCERCISE PROGRAMS, AND BI-MONTHLY HEALTH FAIRS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES.


YOUTH ACTIVITIES INCLUDING CRAFTS AND HOLIDAY PARTIES. USUALLY TWICE A YEAR AT CHRISTMAS AND EASTER. PLUS PROVIDING FACILITY FOR BACK TO SCHOOL BASH AND ADDITIONAL YOUTH PROGRAMS,


PROVIDING COMMUNITY CENTER WITH UTILITIES, CLEANING, INSURANCE, REPAIRS, AND OTHER MAINTENANCE FOR AREA ACTIVITIES INCLUDING SENIOR AND YOUTH ACTIVITIES PLUS A FREE THANKSGIVING DINNER FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF AREA. CIVIC CENTER ALSO USED FOR OTHER CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS MISSIONS AND FOR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS IN AREA.


VOLUNTEERS ALSO CONTRIBUTE THEIR TIME AND THE USE OF THE CIVIC CENTER AND GROUNDS FOR OTHER ACCITIVITIES INCLUDING A FREE THANKSGIVING LUNCH FOR AREA RESIDENTS AND A BACK TO SCHOOL BASH FOR AREA STUDENTS THAT IS RUN BY ANOTHER NON-PROFIT.
