ATLA SUPPORTS ITS MEMBERSHIP BY: 1) CREATING DATABASES FOR SCHOLARLY RESEARCH IN THEOLOGY AND RELIGION THAT LIBRARIES OFFER TO THE STUDENTS AND FACULTY THEY SERVE, AND 2) PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS FOR LIBRARIANS THAT ARE CREATED AND MANAGED BY THE MEMBER PROGRAMS DEPARTMENT. THESE OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDE AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE, WORKSHOPS, WEBINARS, RECIPROCAL BORROWING BETWEEN LIBRARIES, AND OPEN ACCESS PUBLICATIONS. DURING FISCAL YEAR 2021, ATLA EXPANDED THE AMOUNT OF CONTENT IN THE ATLA RELIGION DATABASE TO OVER 3 MILLION BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES. THE FULL TEXT CONTENT IN ATLAS AND ATLAS PLUS IS NOW 586 TITLES. THE ATLA ANNUAL CONFERENCE WAS HELD AS AN ONLINE ONLY EVENT AND ATTRACTED OVER 350 ATTENDEES. ATLA OPEN PRESS PUBLISHED 4 NEW BOOKS.
