CASE MANAGEMENT IS OFFERED TO ADULTS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH MEDICAL MAINTENANCE, MONEY MANAGEMENT, HOUSING AND LIVING ASSISTANCE, DAILY LIVING SKILLS, COMMUNITY TRANSITIONS, AND SOCIAL RECREATION.
THE ARTS & EDUCATION PROGRAM HELPS STUDENTS WITH I/DD FIND A MEANS TO BEST EXPRESS THEMSELVES, PROMOTING CLIENT-DIRECTED GOALS, SELF-DETERMINATION, SOCIAL SKILLS, AND GAINING A SENSE OF INDEPENDENCE AND PRIDE! WE DAILY BRIDGE THE GAP OF POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION SUPPORT FOR THE I/DD COMMUNITY AND THEIR FAMILIES.
GUARDIANSHIP SERVICES ARE OFFERED TO INDIVIDUALS SEEKING GUARDIANSHIP OVER A PERSON WITH A DISABILITY. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR COURT APPEARANCES AND FINAL GUARDIANSHIP DETERMINATION.
