GIRL SCOUTS WORKS HARD TO GIVE A VOICE TO THE UNDER-REPRESENTED, REACHING OUT TO THOSE IN NEED, BRIDGING GAPS, AND CREATING LASTING CONNECTIONS.THIS IS PARTIALLY ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH OUR VIRTUAL TROOP MEETINGS, WHERE WE ADDRESS SOME OF THE CHALLENGES GIRLS ARE FACING TODAY, SUCH AS BULLYING, CONFLICT MANAGEMENT, AND COMPROMISED SELF-ESTEEM.THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS, WHICH INCLUDE A SERIES OF HANDS-ON ACTIVITIES, GIRLS DEVELOP GREATER SOCIAL AND EMOTIONAL CONFIDENCE, AND INCREASE THEIR SOCIAL AWARENESS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS. GIRLS ALSO LEARN HOW TO BE MORE CONSIDERATE AND CARING AS THEY EXPLORE THE IMPACT THAT THEIR THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS HAVE ON THEIR BEHAVIOR TOWARD OTHERS.BY WAY OF A PATCH PROGRAM, PARENTS AND VOLUNTEERS RECEIVE HELPFUL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THEIR GIRLS' MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS YEAR-ROUND.

THROUGH PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE A FUN AND STIMULATING ENVIRONMENT, ALONG WITH THE GUIDANCE OF ADULTS, GIRLS DEVELOP VALUES, ABILITIES, AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS THAT WILL REMAIN WITH THEM FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.
