COMMUNITY SERVICES: THE CENTER PROVIDES A HELPING HAND FOR THOSE IN NEED OF EMERGENCY OR ONGOING ASSISTANCE. CASE MANAGEMENT STAFF DEVELOP PERSONALIZED PLANS FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF, INCLUDING RENT AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE. WESLEY'S SENIOR SERVICES HELP SENIORS STAY ACTIVE AND ENGAGED WITH RECREATION, FIELD TRIPS, ART CLASSES, AND MORE. WESLEY'S FOOD PANTRY PROVIDES FRESH FOOD TO FAMILIES IN NEED. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE HOUSTON FOOD BANK AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, WESLEY HELPS OUR CLIENTS GET THE MOST FROM THEIR FOOD BUDGET.

OUR PRE-K PROGRAM SERVES CHILDREN AGES 3 AND 4, HELPING THEM PREPARE FOR KINDERGARTEN. WITH CERTIFIED TEACHERS, WESLEY PROVIDES A WARM AND NURTURING ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN AND OFFERS ALL DAY PROGRAMMING TO ACCOMMODATE WORKING PARENTS.
