CASE MANAGEMENT STAFF DEVELOP PERSONALIZED PLANS FOR EMERGENCY RELIEF, INCLUDING RENT AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE. WESLEY'S SENIOR SERVICES HELP SENIORS STAY ACTIVE AND ENGAGED WITH RECREATION, FIELD TRIPS, ART CLASSES, AND MORE. WESLEY'S FOOD PANTRY PROVIDES FRESH FOOD TO FAMILIES IN NEED. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH THE HOUSTON FOOD BANK AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS, WESLEY HELPS OUR CLIENTS GET THE MOST FROM THEIR FOOD BUDGET.
