CIRCULATION OF MATERIALS, USE OF PUBLIC ACCESS COMPUTERS, IN-HOUSE USE OF MATERIALS (NEWSPAPERS, REFERENCE BOOKS, PERIODICALS, MICROFILM, ETC.) PROGRAM ATTENDANCE AND REFERENCE QUESTIONS
UPGRADES TO TECHNOLOGY HAVE ENABLED LIBRARY PATRONS TO REVIEW OUR COLLECTIONS ON THE INTERNET, RENEW MATERIALS AND PLACE REQUESTS FROM HOME. ALL CITIZENS WITHIN THE REGION BENEFIT FROM THE UPGRADES.
