THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADDITIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING WITHIN THE COMMUNITY OF JONESBORO, CRAIGHEAD COUNTY, ARKANSAS AND TO SET ASIDE FUNDING FOR ADDITIONAL STAFF TRAINING. MANAGEMENT IS CURRENTLY SEEKING APPROPRIATE USES OF THESE FUNDS, SUCH AS THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY TO BE RENTED AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW AFFORDABLE HOUSING, THE IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING, STAFF TRAINING AND OTHER QUALIFYING PURPOSES.
