SUCH PROGRAMS INCLUDE - BITE PREVENTION - VIDEO AND BROCHURE PROMOTING RESPONSIBLE PET OWNERSHIP AND SAFE BEHAVIOR AROUND DOGS - PET OVERPOPULATION PROGRAM - VETERINARY STUDENT AND VETERINARY TECHNICIAN MERIT-BASED SCHOLARSHIPS - PET MEMORIALS.
