FORMAL GOALS AND ACTION PROGRAMS ARE DEVELOPED AND PRESENTED TO THE PUBLIC, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, AND OKLAHOMA LEADERS. PRIOR TO TOWN HALL CONFERENCE AND AFTER THE TOWN HALL CONFERENCE, MEETINGS AND OUTREACH SESSIONS ARE HELD IN COMMUNITIES ACCROSS THE STATE.
