THE CCL OFFERS PROGRAMS TO TEACH & ENCOURAGE PHYSICAL WELLNESS, NUTRITION & DIET; EMOTIONAL/SOCIAL WELLNESS; AND INTELLECTUAL WELLNESS. WITHOUT THE CCL THERE WOULD BE INCREASED RATES OF ISOLATION, DEPRESSION, INJURY, ILLNESS, AND EARLY DEATH AMONG OUR SENIOR CITIZENS. THE CCL IS A CRITICAL COMPONENT IN THE AGING CONTINUUM OF CARE AND FILLS AN IMPORTANT NEED FOR SENIORS. ACTIVE, HEALTHY AGING NOT ONLY BENEFITS INDIVIDUALS, BUT COMMUNITIES AS WELL.
