U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES, COMMUNITY SERVICES BLOCK GRANT: REGIONAL PERFORMANCE INNOVATION CONSORTIA SERVING OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, TEXAS, AND NEW MEXICO. COORDINATION OF COLLABORATIVE SERVICES INCLUDING RESULTS ORIENTED MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL STANDARDS. SUB-RECIPIENTS ARE THE STATE ASSOCIATIONS FOR COMMUNITY ACTION IN EACH OF THE STATES LISTED.
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S OKLAHOMA WEATHERIZATION TRAINING PROGRAM; AN OPERATION OF THE OKLAHOMA ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCIES. FUNDS FROM THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE ARE USED TO ADDRESS EXPENSES RELATED TO THE OPERATION OF THE ASSOCIATION, AND TO HELP SUPPORT OPERATION OF THE STATE'S WEATHERIZATION TRAINING CENTER OPERATED BY THE ASSOCIATION. SOME OF THE ABOVE FUNDS WERE ALSO USED TO PROVIDE STATE-LEVEL MONITORING OF SUBGRANTEES ON A TECHNICAL LEVEL FOR COMMERCE.
HEAD START STATE COLLABORATION OFFICE: COORDINATION OF HEAD START SERVICES WITH THE STATE, INCLUDING COORDINATION WITH STATE AGENCIES, HIGHER EDUCATION, LOCAL HEAD START PROGRAMS AND OTHER ENTITIES. NO DIRECT SERVICES PROVIDED. THIS GRANT, THROUGH THE OKLAHOMA DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, IS FOR STATE LEVEL COORDINATION TO BENEFIT HEAD START PROGRAMS WITHIN THE STATE AND IS A FEDERAL GRANT TO THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
