TO PROVIDE FREE CIVIL LEGAL SERVICES - LEGAL AID SERVICES ENABLES JUSTICE FOR ALL BECAUSE WE ARE OKLAHOMA'S LAW FIRM FOR THE POOR. LEGAL AID SERVICES KEEPS PEOPLE WORKING, KEEPS FAMILIES TOGETHER AND HELPS OUR COMMUNITIES FUNCTION. LEGAL AID SERVICES FOSTERS LEGAL RESOLUTIONS TO PROBLEMS AND ISSUES. IN 2021, LEGAL AID CLOSED 14,832 CASES FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO OTHERWISE MAY NOT HAVE HAD ACCESS TO JUSTICE.
TO PROVIDE CITY PUBLIC DEFENDER LEGAL SERVICES. IN 2021, THE DEFENDER OFFICE ACCEPTED FOR REPRESENTATION 458 CASES IN THE OKLAHOMA CITY MUNICIPAL COURT.
