THESE SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO ACHIEVE THE GOAL OF MAXIMUM INDEPENDENCE AND INCLUSION IN ALL AREAS OF LIFE WHILE PROVIDING FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY NEEDS TO BE MET, RESULTING IN THE ACTUAL SERVICES DELIVERED BEING SPECIFIC TO EACH INDIVIDUAL'S NEEDS AND CHOICES.
