THE OPTOMETRIC EXTENSION PROGRAM FOUNDATION'S CLINICAL CORRICULUM IS COMPRISED OF FOUR CORE COURSES WHICH RUN THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE FOUR COURSES ARE THE ART & SCIENCE OF OPTOMETRIC CARE, VT1/VISUAL DYSFUNCTIONS, VT2/LEARNING RELATED VISUAL PROBLEMS, VT3/STRABISMUS & AMBLYOPIA. THE CORE COURSES ARE SUPPLEMENTED BY A FOURTH VT4/ SPECIAL AREAS COURSE. ALL COURSES ARE TAUGHT BY THE INTERNATIONAL FACULTY OF OPTOMETRIC EXTENSION PROGRAM FOUNDATION INSTRUCTORS.
