IT SERVES AS AN INFORMED VOICE FOR THE EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION SEGMENT OF THE INDUSTRY AND ADVOCATES ITS MEMBERS' VIEWS BEFORE THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS, THE WHITE HOUSE, AND FEDERAL AGENCIES.
