THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND IS OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES RELATING TO THE PROMOTION OF THE TOTAL WELL-BEING OF WOMEN AND THEIR FAMILIES, INCLUDING IN FURTHERANCE OF SUCH PURPOSES, THE PROVIDING OF SUCH SERVICES TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS IN SUCH AREAS AS PRE-NATAL CARE, CHILDBIRTH AND PARENTING; SPONSORING PUBLIC DISCUSSION GROUPS, FORUMS, PANELS, LECTURES AND SIMILAR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS RELATING TO PROMOTING THE TOTAL WELL BEING OF WOMAN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
