THERAPEUTIC FAMILY CARE: PLACEMENT OF INFANTS, CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS WITH EXTREME BACKGROUNDS IN A STABLE FAMILY ENVIRONMENT FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR. PROFESSIONAL STAFF INTERVIEW, TRAIN AND WORK WITH FAMILIES.
