THE STAFF ALSO HANDLES QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ACCREDITED AND NONACCREDITED BUSINESSES. DURING THE YEAR THE BUREAU ANSWERED PERSONALLY OR THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE 2941 INQUIRIES. THEY PROCESSED 1221 COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVED 963 DURING THE YEAR WITHIN AN AVERAGE OF 23 DAYS. IN ADDITION, THEY REVIEW LOCAL BUSINESS ADVERTISING FOR ANYTHING MISLEADING TO THE PUBLIC.
