ASTIA INVESTMENTS - ASTIA INVESTMENTS IS A PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES A FAMILY OF INVESTMENT VEHICLES THAT INVEST IN SELECT COMPANIES THAT APPLY TO ASTIA AND THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROGRESSED THROUGH THE ASTIA EXPERT SIFT PROCESS. SIMILAR TO THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM, ASTIA INVESTMENTS ARE MANAGED VIA THE ASTIA CONNECT SOFTWARE PLATFORM. A REQUIREMENT FOR INVESTMENT IS THAT A COMPANY MUST INCLUDE WOMEN LEADERS AT THE TIME OF INVESTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT FEES AND CARRIED INTEREST OF THIS PROGRAM, FUND BOTH ASTIA ACCESS AND ASTIA RESEARCH PROGRAMS.

ASTIA ACCESS - THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM PROVIDES ENTREPRENEURS WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO EXPERTISE AND CAPITAL--THE FOUNDATIONAL COMPONENTS OF SUCCESS FOR HIGH-GROWTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP. ASTIA ADVISORS PROVIDE DIRECT FEEDBACK VIA THE EXPERT SIFT SCREENING PROCESS AS WELL AS CUSTOMIZED ADVICE IN ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS. CAPITAL IS RAISED BY APPLICANT COMPANIES VIA THE SIFT IN THE FORM OF ASTIA'S DIRECT INVESTMENT PROGRAMS AND/OR INVESTMENT FROM NON-ASTIA INVESTORS. THE ASTIA EXPERT SIFT PROCESS IS IMPLEMENTED VIA A SOFTWARE PLATFORM CALLED ASTIA CONNECT. THE ASTIA INVESTMENT PROGRAM PROVIDES THE GREAT MAJORITY OF THE FUNDING FOR THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM. IN THE FUTURE, AS COMPANIES EXIT THE ASTIA PORTFOLIO, IT IS EXPECTED THAT 100% OF THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM WILL BE FUNDED BY ASTIA INVESTMENTS.

ASTIA RESEARCH & ANALYSIS - THE ASTIA RESEARCH & ANALYSIS PROGRAM PROVIDES THOUGHT LEADERSHIP FOR THE MARKET, INCLUDING KEYNOTES, RESEARCH, AND PUBLISHED PERSPECTIVES ON THE VALUE OF INVESTING IN INCLUSIVE TEAMS. THE SOURCE OF MUCH OF THE DATA USED FOR THIS PROGRAM IS GATHERED VIA THE ASTIA CONNECT SOFTWARE PLATFORM.
