ASTIA INVESTMENTS - ASTIA INVESTMENTS IS A PROGRAM THAT INCLUDES A FAMILY OF INVESTMENT VEHICLES THAT INVEST IN SELECT COMPANIES THAT APPLY TO ASTIA AND THAT HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PROGRESSED THROUGH THE ASTIA EXPERT SIFT PROCESS. SIMILAR TO THE ASTIA ACCESS PROGRAM, ASTIA INVESTMENTS ARE MANAGED VIA THE ASTIA CONNECT SOFTWARE PLATFORM. A REQUIREMENT FOR INVESTMENT IS THAT A COMPANY MUST INCLUDE WOMEN LEADERS AT THE TIME OF INVESTMENT. THE MANAGEMENT FEES AND CARRIED INTEREST OF THIS PROGRAM, FUND BOTH ASTIA ACCESS AND ASTIA RESEARCH PROGRAMS.
