WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY ASSISTING SINGLE PARENTS TO COMPLETETHEIR TWO OR FOUR-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREES OR PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATES,OPENING DOORS TO NEW EMPLOYMENT AT WAGES ABOVE THE POVERTY LEVEL.
