TRANSPORTATION - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO ELIGIBLE CITIZENS TO AND FROM THE FACILITY SOCIALIZATION - SOCIALIZATION AND/OR RECREATION IS AVAILABLE EACH DAY THE CENTER IS OPEN. SENIOR CITIZENS ARE ENCOURAGED TO COME AND PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES AT THE CENTER.
