LCIDC IS OWNER OF AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING SITE UPON WHICH CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMERCIAL INDUSTRIAL BUILDING WAS COMPLETED IN 2004. THE BUSINESS TO BE LOCATED AT THIS LOCATION WILL PROVIDE JOBS IN THIS TWO COUNTY AREA. LCIDC ALSO CONTRIBUTES TO OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS TWO COUNTY AREA WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO ALSO ENHANCE THE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THIS AREA.
