LEADERSHIP FAYETTEVILLE/TEEN LEADERSHIP LEADERSHIP FAYETTEVILLE STARTED AS A PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PRODUCE A CONTINUOUS STREAM OF CONCERNED, MOTIVATED AND EDUCATED INDIVIDUALS OF DIVERSE TALENTS AND INTERESTS EAGER TO PURSUE AND ASSUME LEADERSHIP ROLES AND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN THE FAYETTEVILLE COMMUNITY. OVER 400 INDIVIDUALS HAVE GRADUATED FROM THIS PROGRAM. TEEN LEADERSHIP STARTED AS A PROGRAM TO EDUCATE PARTICIPANTS ON COMMUNITY ISSUES AND THE PROCESSES OF DECISION MAKING, PLANNING AND TEAMWORK. OVER 100 INDIVIDUALS HAVE GRADUATED FROM THIS PROGRAM.
