THE PURPOSE OF THE ILOA IS TO EXPAND HUMAN UNDERSTANDING OF THE COSMOS THROUGH OBSERVATION FROM THE MOON.IN 2021, ILOA WAS INVOLVED IN THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES: - CONTRACTED INTUITIVE MACHINES TO HELP IN DELIVERING A NEW CAMERA IMAGING SYSTEM TO CAPTURE IMAGES OF THE MOON'S SURFACE AND THE FIRST IMAGES OF THE MILKY WAY GALAXY CENTER. - ILOA CONDUCTED A SERIES OF 3 INTERNATIONAL GALAXY FORUM EVENTS FOR TEACHERS, STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
