THE COMPANY CONTINUES TO SUPPLY AND MAINTAIN A WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR ITS MEMBERS. WATER IS PROVIDED TO MEMBERS WHO ARE BILLED FOR WATER USAGE. THE COMPANY PAYS FOR ALL OPERATING COSTS AND CAPITAL ADDITIONS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE WATER TO MEMBERS AND TO MAINTAIN THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM. THE FUNDS ASSESSED MEMBERS ARE FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND TO COVER THE COSTS OF MAINTAINING THE WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM. ALL FUNDS ARE RESTRICTED TO USE FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE. THE AMOUNT BILLED TO MEMBERS FOR THE WATER USE AND SYSTEM REPLACEMENT IS CONSIDERED PROGRAM SERVICE REVENUE.
