THIS INCLUDES PUMPING WATER FROM UNDERGROUND WELLS, STORING IT, TESTING IT'S QUALITY, DISTRIBUTING IT VIA WATER MAINS AND DISTRIBUTION PIPES TO CUSTOMER RESIDENCES, MEASURING THE VOLUME OF WATER USED, AND BILLING AND COLLECTING FEES FROM CUSTOMERS.
