THE DEL ORO JUNIOR GOLDEN EAGLES YOUTH ORGANIZATION (DOJGE) IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION AIMED AT GIVING THE YOUTH OF OUR AREA (AGES 5 - 14 YEARS) A CHANCE TO PARTICIPATE IN AN ALL-PLAY FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING PROGRAM. DOJGE PROVIDES A STRUCTURED, SAFE, AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN TO LEARN IMPORTANT LIFE SKILLS. WE FOCUS ON TEACHING THE FUNDAMENTALS OF FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING, TO ENCOURAGE OUR YOUTH TO PRACTICE RESPONSIBILITY AND TEAMWORK.

OUR GOAL IS TO HELP OUR YOUTH BUILD CHARACTER, SPORTSMANSHIP, AND SELF- CONFIDENCE IN A FUN AND COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT. IN DOING SO, WE STRIVE TO BUILD A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY BETWEEN NOT JUST OUR PLAYERS AND CHEERLEADERS, BUT PARENTS, THE COMMUNITY, AND THE ORGANIZATION.


PROVIDED FOOTBALL AND CHEERLEADING PROGRAM FOR OVER 300 PARTICIPANTS.
