IN 2023 THE ASSOCIATION INCREASED SECURITY TO 5-ALL NIGHT PATROLS WITH RANDOM DRIVE-BYS FOR OTHER 2 NIGHTS; WE HAVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1 DAY A WEEK PLUS REMOVED AND REPLANTED DEAD AND DISEASED TREES; WAYFINDING SIGNS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED; OVERHEAD STREET LIGHTING PLANS HAVE BEEN APPROVED FOR INSTALLATION IN 2024; OLD WINE BARRELS REMOVED AND NEW METAL PLANTERS INSTALLED WITH PLANTS; CONTINUED UPDATING OUR WEBSITE WITH ENHANCED SEO TO ATTRACT A WIDER DEMOGRAPHIC AREA.
