THE CORPORATION ALSO SERVES AS THE SOLE OWNER OF THREE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES AND A 50% MEMBER OF ONE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY. THESE LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES SERVE AS THE GENERAL PARTNER IN LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS WHICH PROVIDE A TOTAL OF 217 UNITS OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING IN SANTA ROSA, CLOVERDALE, NOVATO AND PT.
