THE CORPORATION SERVES AS THE GENERAL PARTNER FOR A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHICH PROVIDES 28 UNITS OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING FOR ELDERLY/HANDICAPPED PERSONS IN LARKSPUR, CA. THE CORPORATION ALSO SERVES AS THE LIMITED PARTNER FOR A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHICH THROUGH OCTOBER 21, 2021 PROVIDED 60 UNITS OF LOW-INCOME HOUSING FOR FAMILIES IN SAN RAFAEL, CA. ON OCTOBER 22, 2021, THE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP SOLD THE 60 UNIT LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT TO A RELATED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP WHICH WILL BE RE-SYNDICATED IN ORDER TO RAISE THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO REHABILITATE THE LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT FOR CONTINUED USE IN PROVIDING LOW-INCOME HOUSING.
