CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS PROVIDE A FORUM FOR NETWORKING AND AN INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS AND INFORMATION RELATED TO THE ISSUES OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT.
THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL EVENTS TO ITS MEMBERS IN ORDER TO AID IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH CERTIFICATION AND RECERTIFICATION THROUGH THE HUMAN RESOURCE CERTIFICIATION INSTITUTE AND THE SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. THE ASSOCIATION ASSISTS MEMBERS IN BECOMING CERTIFIED AS PROFESSIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS.
THE ASSOCIATION HAS CONSISTENTLY WON RECOGNITION FROM THE SOCIETY FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FOR ITS WORK RELATIVE TO PLANNING,SETTING GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AND CONDUCTING EVENTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF MEMBERS.
