VICTIMS OF CRIME ASSISTANCE PROGRAME (VOCA) (CIADA POJECT) SPONSORED BY OJP, THE PROGRAM NAMED CON SCIENTIZE, IDENTIFY, SUPPORT, AND DIGNIFY THE ELDER (CIADA IN SPANISH) TO MEET AND RESPOND TO THE PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL NEEDS OF THOSE AFFECTED BY VIOLENCE, NEGLECT, AND ABUSE. WICH PARTICIPATORY BIOSOCIAL HOLISTIC APPROACH WHERE THE PROJECT INTEGRATES FAMILIES, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, AND PROFESISONALS INTO CONTINUOUS RECOVERY FOR A USEFUL. PRODUCTIVE AND A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE. THE PROGRAM TO IDENTIFIES AND REFERS 150 ELDERLY PARTICIPANTS, WHOM AT LEAST 50 MUST BE ELDERS VICTIMS OF CRIME.
