AS OF MARCH 31, 2022, THE ALLIANCE HAD 165 OCCUPIED UNITS, THE RENTAL OF WHICH QUALIFIED AS A CHARITABLE ACTIVITY UNDER 501(C)(3) AS THE ACTIVITY MET THE SAFE HARBOR CRITERIA WITHIN REVENUE PROCEDURE 96-32 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. DURING THE YEAR ENDED MARCH 31, 2022, THE ALLIANCE SOLD ONE THEIR PROPERTIES, OF WHICH THE PROCEEDS ARE RESERVED FOR FURTHERING THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION.
