THE WOMEN'S FUND MIAMI-DADE CREATES CHANGE FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS THROUGH ADVOCACY, COMMUNITY FUNDING AND INVESTMENT, AND IMPACT INITIATIVES. THE ORGANIZATION UNDERTAKES THESE INITIATIVES ACROSS FOUR "PILLARS OF PROGRESS" FOR WOMEN AND GIRLS: ECONOMIC MOBILITY, FREEDOM FROM VIOLENCE; HEALTH & WELL-BEING; AND LEADERSHIP. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH MONTHLY IMPACT CAMPAIGNS ON KEY ISSUES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION'S FOUR PILLARS OF PROGRESS. THE MONTHLY IMPACT CAMPAIGNS ARE ISSUES-DRIVEN CAMPAIGNS THAT INCLUDE BREAKTHROUGH OUTDOOR PUBLIC AWARENESS AND HELPLINE CAMPAIGNS, MONTHLY CONVENING OF OVER 100 NON-PROFIT AND COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO GENERATE ISSUES AND SOLUTIONS, PUBLIC TOWN HALL FORUMS, MONTHLY "TAKE ACTION" SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, AND EXTENSIVE DIGITAL AND ONLINE INITIATIVES. THE ORGANIZATION FURTHER ACCOMPLISHES ITS MISSION THROUGH GENERATING FUNDS TO SUPPORT AND INVEST IN GRASSROOTS NON-PROFIT COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, AND TO BUILD SYSTEMIC INITIATIVES TO INCREASE COMMUNITY CAPACITY TO SERVE WOMEN AND GIRLS, INCLUDING WORKING WITH KEY PARTNERS TO ENHANCE SUPPORT SERVICES SUCH AS CALL CENTER DELIVERY, AND RAPID RESPONSE LAW ENFORCEMENT "INTEGRATED CARE SERVICES" FOR VICTIMS OF CRIME AND SEX TRAFFICKING.
