HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF THE UPPER KEYS IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE DECENT, LOW COST AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGHOUT THE UPPER FLORIDA KEYS BY PROVIDING NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, RESTORATION AND EMERGENCY RESIDENTIAL REPAIRS FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGE.

THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES DECENT LOW COST AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING THROUGH NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION,RESTORATION AND EMERGENCY RESIDENTIAL REPAIRS FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. DURING 2021,THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION ON SIXTEEN NEW HOMES WHICH RESULTED IN THE SALE OF TWO HOMES. THE REMAINING HOMES ARE BEING OCCUPIED UNDER RENTAL AGREEMENTS OR UNTIL THE SALE OF THE HOME IS FINALIZED.
THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A RESTORE WERE ALL GOODS HAVE BEEN DONATED BY THE COMMUNITY AND RE-SOLD TO THE PUBLIC. ALL FUNDS GENERATED FROM THE SALE OF GOODS ARE USED FOR THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION.
